bought and played the whole game last night, short but game. well-constructed reveals via finding clues and solving steps, fun but also intuitive mechanics, very little guesswork necessary to solve the questions mostly just stemming from occasionally unclear sentence structures, ABSOLUTELY top notch voice acting

i normally hate the "flat 2D sticker character wobbles around a fixed-camera 3D game world" aesthetic but it works really well in this game

the inspection mechanic being built on having two similar-but-different art styles of each examinable character or object is quite frankly an inspired stroke of genius

i hope they make sequels

Oh! Speaking of games, I'm currently waffling over getting Kemono Mahjong (https://cyberdog.ca/kemono-mahjong/), which isn't the solitaire game that you usually see but an actual Mahjong game, with a tutorial mode. It's only $3, so I probably will get it soon.
